Very nice buildings

The property looked nice, and wasn’t too far from bus stops / metro. The bed / room was comfortable. The shower was fantastic. The two entry doors to the room also helped to eliminate sound from the corridor which was good, as it could be quite loud with the second door open. One of the ladies behind the bar was so lovely, we didn’t catch her name but she had beautiful dark skin and short dark hair. She was fantastic! The others were very rude and didn’t care, one gave us a filthy used plate when we requested 2 to take to our room and when we requested some milk for tea, the other brought over a jug of milk from a table who had just left! It was raining during our stay and the hotel only seemed to have one umbrellas for guests to share. It would have been good to have access to an umbrella.

The location was good walking distance from 2 different metro stations. The pool was very nice and they had poolside bar service (bring drinks to you). The rooms were spacious and comfortable. They come equipped with small fridge - filled with complimentary drinks, wine storage, shower & bathroom amenities aswell

I went there for a conference hosted inside the hotel, so it was very convenient to stay in the venue. The room was good enough for 3 persons (we opted for the twin room which is a little larger) and the beds were good. There is also a long furniture thing, which I used as a desk for working and putting the laptop. Plenty of plugs also. Big windows and fresh air and sun went into the room every day. Although we were staying just across the elevator, there was a second door separating the room from the short hall and main entrance and this made it soundproof. The area is also quiet and close to the metro. The price of the room was fluctuating during the week and some days was very expensive (200 Euros), other days was better, but still rather pricey. The bathroom was rather spacious and included a bidet (always appreciated!) There is a pool but for that time of the year it was a bit chilly. The conference area is also nice, although the main room has a low ceiling.

Location good, near multiple metro stations. Supermarket short walk away by Plaza de Toros / Ventas. Wasn't included but decent breakfast quality. Fridge in room is always a good thing.
